Multiple Payment Dates is Same Pay Cycle
We're wondering whether it's possible to run paychecks through the same pay cycle with different payment dates. We thought about running multiple PR140 jobs, however, the employees who need the different payment date (30 of them out of 19K employess) are not in a Process Level by themselves. We could build an employee group, however, the PR140 can't be run by employee group. We're unsure if the PR160 ACH file could even be separated appropriately.
We know we can process them as manual checks and force them via ACH, however, there are approx 30 employees who'd need this every two weeks (quite cumbersome). We also know we can run two separate pay cycles, however, we're trying to consolidate our cycles as much as possible.
Does anyone currently run multiple payment-dated checks in the same pay cycle? If so, how do you do it, and do you have any suggestions that we could pursue?
