Installing Lawson programs using Microsoft SCCM
jesse-zlatsin
We are trying to install Lawson Security Administrator via Microsoft SCCM (Control Panel > Run Adverstised Programs) on our network, but we are getting an error every time. This is the only Lawson program that we are getting an error for. The others are able to be set up. The executable we are trying to run is LaSecAdmin_09000109.exe.
Has anyone else experienced an error installing any Lawson programs via SCCM, and if so, were you able to find a solution?

Why don't you just install in by running the exe file? I have to admit, I've never even heard of that "Run Advertised Programs" before.

Our organization does not allows end-users to install applications on their computers except those applications that have been authorized for use. We use Microsoft SCCM to make an advertised listing of applications users can install.
Last Friday, our SCCM administrator resolved the original issue we were having by repackaging the executable and republishing to SCCM.
