M3 Daily Checks

Every morning the M3 installation and environments are checked.
Examples are : M3 subsystem verification, Scheduled job completion verification, dumplog check, job history verification,....

Where possible, checks are automated via Smart Notifications, PFI flows,... sending emails to the right persons.

On a regular basis (4 or 5 times a day) we want to check automatically if dumplogs were generated and if there are batch jobs which didn't ran successfully.
Does anyone know of tools which could do this job for us ?
