Windows 2012 server advice?

Does anyone have any words of wisdom regarding migrating from Windows 2008 R2 to Windows 2012 as part of a 9.0.1 to V10 upgrade? Was there a large learning curve? Specifically, for a network administrator who is very familiar with Windows 2008 R2, how significant are the changes?

Hello,
We are starting this process as well. I do know that we have custom SQL and there is a learning curve the SSIS, SSSR, etc. Not to bad thought.
