Lawson - Human Resources Customer Community [READ ONLY]
Resident Code on PR13.1

Does anyone know how the Resident Code changes from Y to N on the Employee United States Taxes PR13? We use ESS & had no FIT, EE/ER Medicare & his DC plans weren't stopped at the limit. It happened 5 weeks before discovered & now requiring alot of adjustments. Any direction would be helpful.

FYI we discovered the reason, the employee used a 1991 effective date on County change thru ESS which automatically updated the RESIDENT CODE from Y to N on PR13.1. Lawson is working on a patch.

If you find out when the patch is released, can you post the number here. We have had that occur as well. Our payroll dept usually catches it because of the validation they do during payroll.
