I ran the BN729 and received a few errors/messages.
1)"Employees no longer eligible for benefit plan group". I ran the HR155 and they are in the group and should be.
2) We are not offering our PPO plan for ACA so the employees are showing on the exception report. Should I set it up with a priority code or can they be added manually with the correct offer code?
3) Plans not set up with ACA perimeters are showing on the report such as vision, legal. Does anyone else have this problem?
