We are in the process of setting up the multi-select option for EEO in Lawson. I am having a time of seeing how this translates to the PA390 report properly without some sort of manual intervention. Anyone already set this up and using the PA390 EEO-1 report that could provide their setup and current process?
For reference, I have set our Hispanic (HISP) Ethnicity option to special processing option Hispanic, Created a new NHIS (not Hispanic or Latino) option and set it to special processing Multiple so that employees can select multiple ethnicities now, and updated Unknown option to special processing Unknown. Also curious if I should remove the Two or more races options all-together now that this multiple option setup is available to us?
