We are currently using a 3rd party software pkg for printing AP & Refund Checks. Our software is outdate and needs to be replaced. Before purchasing a new software pkg or updating we'd like to know what others have in place to print AP / Refund checks.

MHC Doc Express is the best when working with Lawson products.

We also use the MHC solution. MHC is a long time partner for Lawson and we have had great customer service. Pricing will vary depending on size/needs, you can contact their sales department and a rep should be able to provide you price ranges.

We recently went to MHC for Check Printing. I have to say it was a very complicated process. It took over 10 weeks to get all of our different check formats set up and passed at the various banks. Its been pretty handfree since the set up was completed but I didnt anticipate the project would take that long. It would have been longer if my AP Supervisor hadnt stepped up and learned how to design our checks in their software. Good Luck!
