I've installed FACTS 9.0 on a RedHat 5 Linux server
Tried to log into FACTS but never got login window then I manually executed pxplus and it gives the error message:
/lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.7' not found (required by ./pxplus)
providex never executes because of it, has anyone come across this?
the libc.so.6 is linked as:
libc.so.6 -> libc-2.5.so
This is a server where the client is currently running a 7.6 live version of FACTS
