I am having sporadic issues with reports in print manager. I have not been able to reproduce the issue. We are moving from AIX to Windows. In the Windows environment, there are times the reports do not show up in print manager. I see no errors in the job log. I can load the reports in without an issue, but I do not want to be loading reports. I have had 3 people run the same report, and 2 load fine. I have had jobs with 4 reports and 1 report loads fine. I have had people run again after it does not load, and it loads fine.
Also, I have had PDFs created and not being able to be opened. I look at the file and notice XML. I delete the PDF and recreate the PDF fine.
Any suggestions as to what to check to find out why this is happening would be appreciated.
