I have a machine that has a minimum amount of material required in order to run (40lbs), after that threshold the material per piece varies depending on the exact part being made.
For estimation costing I am using Vendor Quote Minimums to get to my costing, but the material requirements for purchasing and material planning are incorrect. Does anyone have a workaround to apply a minimum material requirement quantity?
