IRS Test Communication

Has anyone setup the IRS Test Communication benefit plans. I am working from the "How do I setup an IRs Test Communication Scenario for C forms?" . I am not sure how do setup the benefit plan (bn15). What did you put in Coverage Type, and Contribution Type. Those screen are not on the instructions. I would love some screen display if anyone can share. Thanks,

I made ours bare bones. coverage type X, no contributions

You can set up the benefit plan as coverage Type = 1 (Coverage Options) and Contribution Type = 0 (No Contribution). I missed a screenshot in the KB, I have added the Main tab for your reference.

found it thanks, when running the bn299 I am getting a blank addr1 but addr2 is filled in to 420 Falcon Lane - why?
