We are running BN255 using As of Date = Last Day of Month. When I try to match the records in BNACADATEs to the report from BN255 my numbers are off. When we ran BN149 we selected First of Next Month = Y. Our Initial Measurement period is 12 months and our Administrative period is 60 days.
When trying to validate the counts I am finding the following: Initial April is including employees with Initial Measurement Periods starting 3/1/2014 - 5/01/15 and Initial Administrative Periods starting 03/1/2015. I would think that I should not be including records that have a Measurement starting 3/1/2014 or those starting 5/1/2015.
I'm also finding it is not handling employees that left in 2015 and returned in 2016 correctly. They appear to be missing from the counts during the months they were employed.
