IRS Test Scenario File

I also am trying to send the Test file to the IRS and received the error "Unable to process your request because validation failure occurs in the Attachment Byte Size Number. What would be causing this?

Please reference KB1830058 How do I change the BN299 XML byte size. We have noticed that when moving/copying the file from the server to a local directory for transmission, the byte size changes for the Forms XML file. Development is looking into this more.

I have done the change and resubmitted by form but now I am getting the error AIRMF3006 Duplicate UUID. Do I have to rerun the BN299 and then change the number of bytes?

We got moved to production and the AIRS site is behind. From the AIR system -The ACA Information Return (AIR) System is currently experiencing an increased time to generate acknowledgements in the Production environment. The IRS is working to resolve this as a top priority. Please refrain from retrieving acknowledgements until further notice.
