My first submission was rejected due to size byte error. I corrected this and resubmitted. This time it came back as a duplicate error. I then changed the "transmission code type" to R for replacement as instructed in IRS replacement process. I then submitted again and received the same duplicate error. After speaking to the IRS I was told that I need to insert the original receipt ID on the Manifest. It should have an element called OriginalUniqueSubmissionID on the data file but I do not see it on the Manifest. Was anyone able to submit their test file once they corrected the byte size. The closest element I found was
