address1 not filled out on the aca xml file

I got a error on my transmission to the irs saying address 1 is blank. Which is. Has anyone had this issue? Address is in address2. hr00 and hr01 say use address1. Both are filled in on the hr11

We had that issue when we printed. Still haven't figured out what was happening. Curious is others have this issue as well.

I have contact Lawson but no response yet. Have you heard anything. Are you waiting for fixing.

Lawson has told me to change the Regulatory Address Format on the HR00.1 screen to a 1. That seems to work. good luck.

That worked for us as well. I'm not sure of the details, but for W2 processing this field has to be set to a 2 for us. We have to flip it back and forth and make sure the benefits and payroll departments coordiate their filings.

Thank you so much for posting this! I was about to submit my test files..looked and my addresses were in line 2. Did what you said, reran and it moved to Address 1. Thanks again
