We are running Lawson 9.0.1.11.949 technology and 9.0.1.11.333 Portal. Unix, DB2, LDAP, WAS
We are using SSO and have bound our environment to one of our Active Directory Single Domain Controller (we have multiple - another question on that later)
We have a duplicate seup on our test server but have bound our test server to a different Active Directory Single Domain Controller
We have an issue logging into our Production server via Portal. At the initial menu it can take up to five / six clicks on the login buttom (with about 20 seconds gap) before getting logged in. Then sometimes we get striaght in on first attempt.
More of an irritating problem than major problem but our users are getting frustrated
Trying to troubleshoot why we are having this proble, is the LDAP connection or LDAP connection to ADSDC
On out TEST side, we always get in first time, no lag
Any pointers to the area we should be focusing on would be appreciated.
