IRS site not loading after logging in

Has anyone experienced issues with logging onto the IRS site up upload the test files? After entering the login information we get a screen stating "Loading.... please wait." but it just spools. This is the 2nd day we have tried and are getting this message.

It is probably a browser or version issue. I think I saw something in the IRS ocumentation that indicated they could only handle lower level IE versions. Try Compatiblity mode, or try another browser such as Chrome.

I called the IRS and they told me that they actually don't support any version of IE LESS than 8. The message is incorrect. I had trouble this morning too, but just got through. Traffic seems to have picked up a lot this week.

We are on IE11 and we just tried Chrome and the same thing is happening.

We're also on IE11 and we were able to submit our test files with no issues at approximately 8:30am PDT today.
