In following the instructions on KB1827828 to set-up the test data, we have encountered an error and hope someone can provide assistance? After completing Step 6 - (BN990) we noticed the report entity is not populating on BN99.1. Also, when trying to complete Step 8 (BN27.1) after entering the required data at the top of the form and then clicking Inquire, we are receiving the error message "Report entity CARRT not valid". How do I get past this error? I have opened an incident but have received no response in a week. Appreciate your help!
