Error setting up test scenario following KB1827828

When trying to enroll test employee to test benefit plan, step 5 of KB 1827828, I am getting a message: No coverage default for employee 7700. I followed all of the steps in KB. Is there is step that should be done that was not included in the KB 1827828?

Jennifer, I think you need to set up a coverage option on BN15 (just for single). They don't have that in the steps, but in order to enroll them there needs to be an option to select.

Nicole, Thanks for the reply. There is an option loaded on the BN17.1. The error message I am getting is "No coverage default for EE 7700; option required". What is the step that is missing?

Do you also have 17.2 set up with the option added? I would check there to make sure.

I following the steps in the KB 1827828 but when I run bn990, the report is empty and there's no data on bn99. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
