BN299 - Date of Birth Missing

We are running our BN299 with all CTP's applied except the one that was added on 6/9/16.

We are not seeing the DOB on everyone. There are some that are throughout the report, but most are blank.

Is anyone having this issue? We are wondering if we missed something with set-up.

We realized that the DOB is showing for dependents that do not have a SSN but everyone that has an SSN does not, so I have asked my benefit admins to verify that is correct for the IRS reporting. Any thoughts?

I believe I saw this a few days ago on one of the other ACA-related threads. If there is no SSN, the DOB is used.

Yes, it provides the same information as you did on your 1095-C forms.
