PO23 - Items Not Showing In All Buyers Queues

Hi,

Has anyone run into an issue where stock items will appear on in one buyers PO23 queue and not another's?

We're only filtering on Procurement Group, Company and then within the filter subscreen, we are selecting the Item Type of "I". When we do this, only 1 buyer is able to see our baby formula items. We do not assign buyers to items in IC12, we assign our buyers based off of location. We have an IC140 job that creates an auto order for our stock supplies that needs to be replenished. We haven't changed those parameters so unsure what's causing this glitch.

Let me know if anyone needs further clarification on the issue.

John, are there any worksheet filters assigned in PO04 for your buyers?

I was thinking the same thing - there is a filter regarding no charge items, and for us, a lot of baby formula is no charge. Look at the second tab on PO04

Hey Jon,

No, we do not have any filters assigned under the worksheet tab. They're all the same and we haven't made any change to their profiles for months if not even years. The only two accounts that have been modified are the two new buyers, and their profiles match exactly those that have been here.

We had looked into that, we do not have any filters set in that tab. Are there any jobs that could have an impact on why some buyers can see these items and some cannot?

We have checked item builds in IC11/12 and PO13 along with contract setups in PO25 and haven't found anything out of the ordinary.

What about PO23 filters (in PO23.5)? There is a filter option for no charge items there, as well as several other kinds of filters.

Very strange. Just for grins could you post screen shots of PO04, PO23 for a buyer that can see the items and also for the buyer that cannot? Also, an IC12 shot for one of these items?

Hey, we have checked that as well. The only filter we have assigned into there when we run into this problem is for Item Type of "I". Otherwise, no other filters are assigned.

Sure can, as soon as one of those items shows back in the queue for the buyer that can see them, I'll get screenshots and post.
