Missing Company Name from BN299 xml file

I followed KB#1827828, but encountered 2 errors in my 1094-C xml file output for IRS communications testing...

1 - The Employer/Company name is missing (even though present...I added process level CARRT to an existing company)

2 - The EMployer EIN is coming over as 000000000, in spite of my having added it as 000000710 on PR06.2, as instructed in the KB article.

Has anybody encountered these two issues? Thanks for any insight!

Hi tbonny - both fields are also included on the Manifest tab of BN299, step 9-C in the KB.

Thank you for the reply Derek. All of the fields on the manifest tab in the BN299 parameters, with the exception of address line 2, are in fact populated.
