Safe Harbor Coding for PT Waive Plan showing as blank

Our Benefits Analyst has indicated the Safe Harbor Code for the PT Waive Plan should be 2B for one entity and 2H for another entity. I am running the BN990 & BN297 in our test environment and the Safe Harbor Code is showing up blank. On BN15.3 I tried to change the Safe Harbor code to 2H but when doing the Change it flips back to WV. 2B isn't even an option on the drop down Safe Harbor Code list. What am I missing that would allow for the correct coding to be applied? Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Opened a ticket with Lawson and received the response "There shouldn't be a safe harbor code for a waive plan. This is correct". Benefits Analyst's interpretation is the coding should be there.

When looking into this further we realized the Safe Harbor Code needs to be populated on the plans itself and the best offer Safe Harbor Code will be coded on the employees that elect the waive coverage. We were not connecting how the codes of the two work together. Now that we know this is how it works, my question is why is 2B is not in the Safe Harbor Code list? Has anyone successfully been able to have the system populate 2B?

If it's a waive plan and waive = Y on the main tab of the BN15, then when you click the ACA button to form transfer to BN15.3 waive plans are priority 999 and safe harbor code = WV. See KB 1652829

Thank you. That is how we have our Waive plans set up and the Safe Harbor Code will populate based on the code entered on the best offer plan. The interpretation of the coding by our Benefits Analyst is that the Safe Harbor Code 2B should be displayed for one of our entities and that is not in the drop down of options (only 2E-1 are listed). After changes settings I finally stumbled upon the combination of what the coding of the Best Plan Offers needs to be along with the employee showing as "not-eligible" based on hours.

Unfortunately "our fix" incorrectly labeled all the plans as Waive plans. Back to talking to Lawson about the issue.
