I am receiving the following error in the status report after successfully transmitting the test scenario file.

AIRMF3003 Rejected transmission - Error occurred in the TCC

Is anyone else seeing the same error. I searched for reports of this error with no hits.

... just a guess... did you call the IRS to request to have your TCC set to "prod" and then wait 48 hours?

Has anyone received this error with their test file: "Our system has detected a potential threat in the Manifest file you are attempting to transmit and it can not be transmitted. Please check the Manifest file and try again." No error code, no explanation of what is wrong.

Getting this error with my test scenario file - anyone else or ideas on what is causing the problem?

[TPE 1106] The manifest file does not match our current schema. In particular, our system has detected a potential issue with the following element(s): p3:ContactPhoneNum. Please review the published schemas located here, correct any issues, and try again.

Were you able to get past the AIRMF3003 reject message? We have tried with both our issuer and transmitter TCCs. Both are showing Active and T/P status P on the TCC Information line. Issuer and Transmitter Form T/P Indicators are both T. We've not been able to get through to the IRS yesterday and today (due to extremely high call volume unable to handle your call at this time). We're still receiving this on our Test (CARRT process level) transmission. Thanks for any help you can provide.
