EDI Fatal 810s vendor adding surcharges on PO line.

A vendor starting sending surcharges in on the affected PO lines and now causes the 810s to fatal out. AP uses ImageNow/Perceptive. Has anyone run into this and what did you do to resolve?

We have an ED40 set up to pull all invoice aoc as Freight - it's not ideal, but it gets the invoice into AP20 where they can fix it.
