We submitted our file on Friday, June 24th after many issues with security. We received a confirmation that the transmission status details were : File Transmitted. We have two authorized officials for ACA processing. The one who submitted the file checked status on Saturday and it said 'processing'. She then went on vacation. The other authorized official is checking for status and the message is 'No records found for TCC and Receipt ID combination'. Could it be that the authorized official that submitted the file has to be the one checking it?
