IRS Message of 'No records found for TCC and Receipt ID combination' for XML ACA Transmissi

Hello,

We submitted our file on Friday, June 24th after many issues with security. We received a confirmation that the transmission status details were : File Transmitted. We have two authorized officials for ACA processing. The one who submitted the file checked status on Saturday and it said 'processing'. She then went on vacation. The other authorized official is checking for status and the message is 'No records found for TCC and Receipt ID combination'. Could it be that the authorized official that submitted the file has to be the one checking it?

From what we have seen, that is not the case. The responsible official submitted, but we have IRS contacts checking the status. Sounds like it may be a keying error. Did you include the "1095C-16-" on the beginning of the receipt ID?

Yes, several of us made sure the receipt ID was keyed correctly. Thank you for letting us know it has nothing to do with one responsible official submitting and another responsible official checking for status. We are trying to call the IRS, but now the message is that the volume is so high that they are not letting you stay on hold. The message says to try later.

I encountered the same issue this morning and the problem was a typo in the TCC (BBxxx) within the Manifest File. The 4 characters after the SYS12: in the UniqueTransmissionId. I'm not sure how this is done in Lawson because our company is implementing Lawson and I'm doing the programming/testing in our legacy system.
