Our original file was submitted 6/17. It was rejected due to XML Schema Validation failed. We corrected that and sent another file on 6/24 and that was rejected due to Payload attachment error. We sent another on 6/28 and it wasn't even transmitted. Got an error that their system detected a potential threat in Manifest File. Just wondering if anyone knew whether the IRS would consider this scenario as meeting the 6/30/2016 deadline. Of course we continue to work on the file.
