ACA 27.1 - We have two companies, how do you complete this form correctly?

When I try to complete the 27.1 form and leave the reporting entity blank, the fields import.  When I add the first process level in, no fields import on the screen.  What are we missing? The second company only has two people in it.  Any assistance in helping us get pass this stage would be wonderful.

We are stuck on the BN27.1 and 1094-C. Can anyone shed some light? We've made it through all errors so far but my payroll dept. is not sure how the 1094-C should look after completing the BN27.1 and how to properly complete the BN27.1.
