Has anyone received AIRBR823 errors and how to fix them? 

AIRBR823 - Minimum Essential Coverage Offer Indicator of all 12 months and all of the individual months are missing or none have a value of ("1" or "2") when authoritative transmittal indicator is checked.

If your plan provided minimum essential coverage (MEC) for all 12 months, complete the BN27, Topic R5, by entering 1 for yes in the 12M MEC or 2 for No. If the plan did not provide minimum essential coverage for all 12 months but did for some, then complete the MEC field for each month on Topic R5 and R6.
