We are currently using Talent Acquisition version 10, and we are struggling with how candidates use the forgot password function.
During our testing, what we have found is if the candidate registers, they are not prompted to answer security questions unless they log out and log back in. Therefore for candidates who register and then go straight into applying for jobs, log out, and then go to log back in a week later but forget their password, since they never completed/answered their security questions... they cannot reset or change their password.
We have not identified anyway on the Administration side to reset a candidates password.
How are other facilities handling this? Is there a way for an HR Administrator to reset a Candidates password and I am just missing it? Any help would be GREAT!
