PA Taxes

We have an employee that recently moved to PHIL, PA and is working from home.  This is our first experience with PA taxes.  What taxes should we be withholding in addition to PA state and PHIL local.  The residence address is in PHIL; zip 19107. From what I can tell the residence is located in Montgomery County / Narberth Borough / Township of Lower Merion.   In need of assistance with taxes for Narberth and Lower Merion. 

Lower Merion LST - School district taxes are being returned by BSI

Lower Merion LST - Township taxes are not being returned by BSI

It also appears that we should be deducting for Narberth withholding taxes and Narberth LST

If they work from home you would flag them on HR11 as remote and no Philly taxes would apply. They would be subject to a local taxe and an LST. That township is a one-off oddball because they list two LSTs but only one ends up applying. We did find that the issues there with BSI have been resolved so it's safe to trust Tax Factory to calculate properly.
