Hi, can anyone assist with this please. I would say on average the later versions of XRL only work/are visible first time, 60% of the time. You then spend days going bac & forth to Pegasus. We always follow the comm addin not present docmen, but if Im honest I havent seen any points consitsnetly fix the problem.
Currently we have a major issue where we cannot get this to appear on a 32 bit Office 2013 Terminal Server.
You can see it in the comm addin section of Excel addins, but ticking it makes absolutey no difference. Weve uninstalled, reinstalled several times now, even had Peagsus dial on with us for a day & a half. This is using the domain admin account.
the pre-requisites are both installed & weve ran the caspol command.
Given the folders & reg keys full permissions & put the server in install & then execute mode. I literally cannot see what it is that weve missed.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated
