BN106 - 834 HIPPA FILE

I am having problems running this update report. Each time I try to rerun for a different vendor I receive an error message, " Master Policy Number not defined". BN01.1 is complete for all of the plans. Knowledge Base just tells you to flip the switch on BN106 to yes but it still is not working. Any assistance would be appreciated. I'm trying to get the files to a programmer for our vendor loads asap.

I have gotten beyond my previous errors but now when we send the test file to the vendor, it is missing information. Would anyone be willing to send me their print screens of the BN106? Obviously I am missing something in the set up and I have no idea what. Most of the fields say it is "OPTIONAL" but I have a feeling I need to complete them. Does anyone use the "relationship code" on HR13.1 field? HR80.8 "Standard Code" which links the relationship code together with the employee?

Hi Carmen...we have used the BN106 program for years to extract the data we send our vendors on a weekly basis. I'd be happy to share how I have my jobs set up with you. Yes, we do use the "relationship code".

I would also like to see how you have this job set up. We are currently using a custom job and would love to move to a delivered job if possible. Thank you in advance.
