Have any other clients created custom proxy roles?
We are currently using the HiringManager_ST proxy role so Administrative Assistants can help do requisitions and gather candidate information, but we are reviewing/discussing options to create a custom proxy role for our Clinical Coordinators, Specialists, and Supervisors so they can do things like Take Notes, Review/Complete items in the Employee Relations module, and help add content for Performance Appraisals.
Any other facility doing this or looked into this?
