ACA Reporting - 2016 - outsourcing?

Is anyone outsourcing their ACA reporting for 2016? If so, what company are you using? How did the file extract build go? Are you satisfied with the results?

Yes, we are using Equifax. We did it for 2015 and continuing for 2016. We use benefits module only to receive the enrollment from Benefit Focus ( because we went to Mercer Market Place, we had no choice) We transmit demographic data on weekly basis, and BF transmits the enrollment. At the end of the year Equifax does all the ACA reporting.

Yes, we use ATS, PrintFreedom. They already work with Lawson. However, we don't have all information in Lawson, so they worked with us to accept data in the format we provided in Excel. We are very pleased with the promptness of their processing. We had to do a few rounds of testing and tweaking before it was all correct, but overall very pleased.
