List of Account for RQC users

I would like to give RQC users a list of the accounts linked to their account units using MSAddins as listed in RQC as Active Detail accounts. Can anyone tell me which table and fields to use?

GLNAMES is acctg unit info

GLCHARTDTL is account detail

... but the table you want is

GLMASTER.

This table will include the Acct/SubAcct description, but not the Acctg Unit description. You'll need to used "Related Fields" (which brings up "Related Tables") to grab the AU description for the GLNAMES table.

Note that these tables are under system code IF.

You are probably better off using Crystal or SQL to get this information. Addins doesn't provide the link from the RQACCTU table to all of these GL tables.

Actually MSAddins did work-Matches what shows in RQC on Active Account Detail.

But you must have needed to do multiple queries. That was my meaning. You can't start with RQACCTU and get to GLCHARTDTL and GLMASTER in one query. You can pull the requester accounting units in one query then the related accounts and descriptions in another.

Actually I pulled all expense accounts to all account units then filter in Excel those acctunits assigned.

The GL221 Report gives a list of AUs and the Accounts tied to them. It can be run by Company or Company Group and you can exclude inactive accounts.
