Hello All
New issue just reported to me this week and wanted to see if anyone else has possibly encountered it.
Manager Space via html5 accessed by IE11 is not showing staff when clicking on MyStaff. I only have 2 people who have reported it thus far and have it narrowed down to something 'breaking' it within the past 2 weeks. There are no errors, just doesn't show staff. I have our PC Techs investigating what Windows patches were pushed to these 2 pc's over the past 2 weeks. Through my analysis, tested via Chrome on same pc's and that works.. Have them use an IE11 browser through a Citrix connection and it is successful there. I also confirmed it is not related to a java update (v8, 101 update from .91 I think)
Also tested via Rich Client applet using core Manager space and that is also successful from those individual pc's.
Really seems like something with a Windows update. Support hasn't been helpful at this point. I've done as much analysis as I can possibly think of to narrow down the issue.
Anyone experience this or have any other thoughts?
