Automatic Enrollment into the 403B Plan

Has anyone set up a defined contribution plan with automatic enrollment?  how does this work?

We have a mandatory DC component (401a) to our DB Retirement Plan. We set as a default plan and use the BN101 to load the enrollments along with the mandatory DB plan. The rate is the same for all employees (1%). You can email me specific questions deday@fcps.edu.
