HR511 - Personal Email address - Header wrong

Has anyone tried using the HR511 to load an employee and added the new personal email address field?  The error we get is that the header is wrong, but it matches the documentation.  I'm guessing the documentation is wrong, but I have no idea what it should be.  Any help?  Thanks in advance.

Sometimes you can find what the header should be by looking at the errors file output if one exists. More often than not, I just remove the header and adjust the jobdef to say "headers off".
