We have now gotten part of our corrections to show up on the BN299. What we have found that since we have a group under us when we ran the original files it gave our main group numbers, but started renumbering with our second group, so we now have 2 of the same numbers for 2 different employees. We had to enter one group differently than the other on BN97.1 because we weren't able to look them up under their IRS Record ID due to the duplicate. What can we do to get these corrected changes to show up correctly? Are we missing a step? Anyone else having issues with this?
