Does anyone do online enrollment for benefits through ESS and require dependent verification for people enrolling in the medical plan? Wondering how you handle the enrollments online and receiving the dependent verification information from those enrolling during annual enrollment. We are wanting to allow our employees to enroll for medical online, but we require a copy of birth certificate for children and marriage certificate and copy of most recent 1040 for spouse being added to the plan.
