Talent Acquisition and outside vendors 'scraping' for meta data

Since we went live with Career Space, outside vendors such as Indeed and hospital Careers, can not 'scrape' our site for job postings. I need to speak to someone about how TA handles this as I would expect the meta data build to be included in the product development and not something that requires custom development by each client. Not sure if we are just not set up correctly to allow the meta data to be built or if Infor doesn't support this

Anyone have any insight on this?

Doesn't look like anyone responded to your question, we've had the same experience since we went live. We recently had Infor out for a V11 demo and we asked this question again. The Infor presenter said she was not aware of this issue. Our work around was to create exports of our posted jobs for Indeed, etc.

I had another post titled "Applying for jobs from Indeed site via TA" and found the solution.

Here it is...

Everyone.. just thought I would share with you the root cause of our issue with Ineed incase you all have the same issue.

You need to speak with Indeed and have them add context/token to the url for anything they scrape. We thought we had this correct before as we could see the HR Org 100 in the url but it then dropped after going to apply now.

Needed them to add "&context.session.key.HROrganization=100&context.session.key.JobBoard=EXTERNAL "

note this is our org #, so you would need to have them replace it with yours and if your job board is called something else.
