ACA Corrections BN299 no data

I have done everything by the book. Had my corrections both in HR13 and BN96. I then went and changed the flag on BN97 to correction. Added the correction indicator on BN27.1. When I run the BN299 its not returning any records "No data to process for US ACA". What am I missing? I have all the BN299 parameters set. There is a ticket opened with Infor but have not heard anything from them. I am down to the wire and cant wait. Any ideas?

I believe you need to run BN990 before the BN299 if you're using "option 2" in KB1843333. We decided to use "option 1" (BN27.2) to ensure the BN990 didn't generate different codes than we are expecting.

Sorry I forgot to mention. I did run the BN990 before the BN299. Still no Data. I had started with Option 3 but because I did not get any data with BN299, I opted for option 2.

Another item to check is the Processed Flag on BN97.1. It should be set to 0 (not processed). Other than that, I'm not sure.
