We are trying to do corrections for incorrect employee names and having issues.  We have changed the HR11 with a 2015 effective date (for future) as well as the name for the employee on the BN96.  When we run the BN299 the employees name appears correctly under the member section but still not under the employee section.  What are we missing?

Hi Deanna - If you change the name in HR11, for the BN299 to pick that up you would have to run BN990 for 2015 since that data is stored in BNACAIRS table for BN299 reporting. You don't want to do that, since you will lose the original 2015 value because rerunning BN990 will recreate the BNACAIRS table for 2015 data. You want to override the employee name by using BN27.2 > Topic: E1 Employee Information to change the employee name data.
