BSI emails

Is anyone else not getting emails on bulletins and the mandatory cyclical 10.0.m upgrade from BSI? We have not received any emails since the end of July.

Just checked with the person who usually gets them here. He hasn't seen any emails from BSI since about the beginning of July.

Now that you mention it, I just received the notification from Infor about this BSI upgrade this morning but I did not receive notification about this from BSI.

Did you subscribe to the library? A while back, they announced that users had to subscribe to the library to receive auto-generated e-mails. See below for more detailed information from BSI.

Background

Effective February 16, 2016, BSI implemented Product Specific, Knowledge Base Libraries on BSI’s Community Portal.

Details

Customers will receive Automated Maintenance Notifications (auto-generated emails) advising them of the availability of new Regulatory and Cyclic Bulletins, product updates, and any other pertinent information when new documents are added to a specific product library.

Customer Action

Complete the following steps to receive auto-generated emails when new documents are added to a selected product library:

1. Log on to BSI’s Community Portal (mybsiconnect.force.com).

2. From the Home page, select the Libraries tab.

3. In the My Libraries section, select TaxFactory Public Knowledge Base.

4. Click the Subscribe button to receive auto-generated emails.

Note: Users can subscribe to individual documents in the library but will only receive auto-generated emails if those particular documents change. Users must subscribe to the library itself to receive auto-generated emails when new documents are added.

It's been hit and miss for us. I have subscribed to the new library and I get some notifications but also have not received notifications that I should have.

Thank you for your help. I have subscribed to the public knowledge library. Don't see any notification for the cyclical upgrade to 10.0.M. Did anyone receive the notification email from BSI on the cyclical being released? I received a notification from Infor but not BSI.

This is the first month I didn't receive the BSI email before getting the Infor email. I opened a support ticket with BSI to inquire.

The ticket with BSI must have done the trick....I just got a notification email from Michelle Stephens at BSI regarding the mandatory cyclical...
