How are people tracking FT to Casual that need to be in a waive plan or COBRA plan? Did you create a COBRA medical plan in Lawson to enroll them in and a COBRA waive plan for those employees? I was using the COBRA screens for regular COBRA participants, but for the employees that are still active, I'm wondering if a BN15 COBRA plan would be better so you can see it in BN32. Curious as to what others are doing in this situation.
