Cannot restrict users to access Report only in LSA

We migrated to v10 last October.  In v9, we were able to create a Role/Security Class that would allow users to only be access 'Reports', and not User Maintenance, Profile Management or Server Management.  During the migration, the CloudSuite copied our v9 security to v10, but since then, users now have full access to all components.

I have compared security set up in v9 to v10, but don't see any differences.  I was hoping someone else may have a Role/Security Class that allows only access to reports that they would be willing to share and may help me determine why ours is no longer working.

Your V9 security would have been defined on the WF tables in LOGAN. On V10 I believe this would have to be Landmark security roles to restrict the Rich Client.
