I ran the PA390 EEO 1 report in update mode. I have tried to upload the data on the EEOC's website with the "new" test button. The next screen asks you to respond to questions but only one question appears and no "SUBMIT" button. The "Back to Main Menu" button doesn't work. According to their PDF on uploading the data, you need to answer three questions and then hit the "SUBMIT" button. Has anyone been successful in testing and uploading their PA390.
