Just now starting to dabble with the Contextual Applications in v10/Mingle and wondering if anyone has had success deploying/using them??
Specifically, we wonder how/if you're 'locking them down' any way so that, for example, the general user population logging into Mingle doesn't see them? then, to be more specific, it'd be nice to lock down the Supply one to Supply Chain users, etc.,. We turned on (in TEST) all 3 that we have access to (Req-to-Payment, Employee Information, Invoice Details) and it would seem that anyone logging in to Mingle has the option of seeing any/all of them which could be somewhat - - OK, a lot - - confusing. Oh, and I realize that these Apps 'respect' Lawson security but, as you know, to make data available for ESS/MSS, employees have access to data/forms.
